The couple, who started dating in 2023, has made multiple love-filled public appearances together, and sometimes with each other’s friends as well. Hence, they were also seen with the couple, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, with whom the pop star had been close.
Despite making amicable appearances with the duo, there are now reports which suggest that the NFL star did not get along with the couple. According to sources close to Travis, the Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end failed to develop a bond with Blake and Ryan despite going on double dates with them. He “never really clicked” with the Deadpool actor because of their varying world view.
An insider told the celebrity columnist Rob Shuter that Travis “always thought Ryan was more Hollywood than human.” While the NFL star thinks that the actor is funny, he never considered him as someone who was “real”.

Taylor had been friends with Blake for years. But they had a fallout after the pop star’s name appeared in the legal feud between the It Ends With Us co-stars, Blake and Justin Baldoni. In her complaint, the Gossip Girl actress accused the director of sexually harassing her in December last year. In response, Justin filed a $400 million countersuit against the couple for defamation, extortion, and invasion of privacy.
While Blake’s team tried to remove Taylor’s name from the legal documents, it was not approved by the actor-director’s team. Later, the Cruel Summer singer’s subpoena was cancelled after Justin’s lawyer confirmed that they had all the information that they needed. Following Taylor’s fallout with Blake and Ryan, Travis even unfollowed Ryan from his official Instagram account.
Now, Justin’s countersuit has been dismissed, while Blake’s case is set to go on trial in 2026.
